Almost all of our deliveries are made with DPD who offer a fantastic delivery service. Their delivery success record is well respected and in our experience the best available.

You will be provided with tracking details so that you can track your delivery directly. You will also be sent text messages directly from DPD advising you of an accurate delivery day & time, including a message on the delivery day.
To make delivery even slicker, you can reply to the text message should you wish to change the delivery date or have your items left in a safe place.

Some smaller items like socks or gloves may be despatched via Royal Mails Tracked service. You will be provided with Royal Mail tracking information so that you can track your delivery directly.

All of our deliveries are insured, so in the unlikely event of an issue you are covered and we will re-issue your order without hassle.

International Customers

If delivery is outside of the UK (EU/International) you may be requested to pay customs duty upon arrival of your parcel. However, please note that you will not be required to pay UK VAT, we will deduct the value of UK VAT from your order.

Domestic Delivery

£4.99 +VAT is the flat-rate shipping charge that applies to all UK Mainland (excl. Scottish Highlands) for orders under £100.00. We keep most popular items in stock for immediate dispatch and it is our aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. It is not necessarily a next-day service on all items as some products can take between 2 and 5 days to be dispatched depending on the brand of the item. Deliveries to more remote areas of the United Kingdom may incur additional charges at checkout. If you are unsure about any aspect of our delivery service or your order is required urgently, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Printed or Embroidered Items

When you have selected to personalise your items, delivery will be within ten days of receiving your order & artwork to all UK Mainland addresses. However, most orders for personalised items are delivered well before 10 days. (England,Scotland and Wales). All Deliveries must be checked for the correct number of items and you must inform us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Non-mainland UK and international destinations carry additional charges and can have longer delivery times. See below for delivery times and rates.

Stock Items

We keep most popular items in stock for immediate dispatch and it is our aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, usually next day or within three working days.
However, like most distributors of the premium Scandinavian brands like Blaklader, Snickers, Helly Hansen, Fristads Kansas and Mascot, some items are imported directly from the brands' central distribution centres across Europe.
Therefore we will aim to deliver items by these manufacturers that we do not carry in stock within one week (seven days) of receiving your order.

The most popular Blaklader, Snickers & Fristads items are available in our stock for immediate dispatch and next day delivery.

Centurion Safetywear

As hard hats have a shelf life and are only guaranteed for a certain time frame, every safety helmet is made to order. That means that dispatch of these items can take anywhere between 4 and 14 working days.

However, for hard hats which have a higher turnover rate we do keep a good amount of stock for immediate dispatch.

  • All delivery timescales are estimates but rest assured we will do everyting possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
  • Your items will be delivered by a top rated courier, most likely DPD
  • You will be provided with full tracking information and notified of the day and time when delivery will be made.

  • All delivery prices are based on a MAXIMUM of 10kg and dimensions of 50cm X 40cm X 30cm - if your consignment does not fit within these parameters we reserve the right to contact you for extra payment.

  2. RECEIVE YOUR RETURNS PAPERWORK THROUGH ON EMAIL WHICH WILL CONTAIN AN UNPAID SHIPPING LABEL (PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS AS STATED BELOW)

  3. PRINT OUT YOUR RETURNS PAPERWORK AND SEND WITH YOUR GOODS BACK TO THE RETURNS ADDRESS STATED ON THE PAPERWORK

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, 

Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

If a full refund including original delivery costs is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within thirty (30) working days. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days.

The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will do our best to return the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised and sent to the billing address.
